Vista Chevere

Street level apartment with a mountain view, includes a private front entrance and 2 off-street parking spaces. Located on a main road with access to 2 local chinchorreos (popular spot for families to refuel with food, drink and listen to music). Prefer to rest from the hustle and bustle? You may enjoy all that the rental offers, like the wrap around porch with a fantastic view, day or night. No children permitted on porch without adult supervision.

Bedrooms:

All bedrooms have a ceiling light/fan and standup portable fans. Bedrooms have closets and/or a bureau. A change of bed sheets and extra pillowcases.

Master bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed, air-conditioning and a master bathroom with a stand-up shower.

Guest room 1: 2 single beds and air conditioning

Guest room 2: 1 queen size bed, no air conditioning.

Bathroom:

Bathrooms are equipped with essential items like hand, wash and bath towels (no beach towels are provided). Toiletries, in case you forget your favorite items. Toilet paper and paper towels.

Kitchen:

Well-equipped with cooking utensils, pots, pans and cutlery. Paper towels, dish soap, sponges and kitchen towels are also provided. Large refrigerator, microwave, tabletop oven, coffee maker, basic seasonings and olive oil. Dining table seats 6. No dishwasher, no washing machine/dryer.

Living Room:

Open concept kitchen and living space. Living area is furnished with a large sectional and Roku TV. Home provides high speed internet/WIFI for your entertainment or work needs.

Occasionally, utilities like electricity and water are not available in many parts of Puerto Rico for various reasons. The Vista Chevere apartment has a backup for both services. Solar powered battery that can provide electricity for lights and a portable fan in each bedroom and in the living room. All of the equipment in the kitchen and the refrigerator will have electricity as well. The air conditioners are not powered by the emergency battery. During an emergency, it is advised to be resourceful when using the electricity provided by the solar battery. A backup water cistern is available. Please use the water moderately during water outages.

Vacation Rental Requirements

• Smoke-free property. No Smoking nor vaping.

• Events, parties and large gatherings are prohibited.

• No pets of any kind

• Guests at Vista Chevere are limited to the registered party of 6. Guests are responsible for ensuring that maximum visitor numbers are not exceeded and that they are complicit with the vacation rental rules. For special requests please consult with management prior to reservation.

• Quiet time is from 10pm - 8am. Excessive noise is prohibited at all times.

• Guests are responsible for the safety and security of their children at all times.

• Off-street parking is not encouraged due to town ordinance.

• Failure to adhere to any house rules may result in fees/penalties and eviction from the property.
